Fuel Delivery Help/Suggestions...

How's it goin' everyone, & happy Friday!!!

Well seems like I am in a pickle! I went to start my truck last week and nothing! I checked and the carb was getting no gas. No gas flowing into the in-line fuel filter between pump/carb.

Is it safe to say the fuel pump needs replacing? The tank has maybe 1/4 of fuel in it.

Any input is appreciated...

Re: Fuel Delivery Help/Suggestions...

FIRST I'D GET 5GALLONS OF GAS AND PUT IT IN THE GASTANK

SECOND I'D CHECK TO SEE IF YOU GAT ANY FLOW FROM THE TANK TO THE PUMP IF NOT I'D CHECK THE FUEL SOCK IN THE TANK FOR BEING CLOGGED

LAst i'd check the fuel pump

f the truck has set for awhile it is possible the pump went bad rom setting... I would remove the inlet side of the fuel line to the Pump and see if any fuel flows... if fuel is to that point then it is for sure the pump...
