Question 1:Radiator help/Question 2: A/C help

I walked out to my garage and see a puddle of green water. I am posting pictures of the leak. It's just inside the fan shroud. If it needs to be replaced and is unrepairable what should it be replaced with??? Trying to keep cost down but don't want junk.
Question 2: I am taking a picture of my engine bay area showing A/C and heater. What am I missing to get my A/C, heater to work?? Does not even blow air at all.
