WTB - Dipstick tube, 71 4x4 350

I left my dipstick tube in my block when I sent it to the machinist. Of course you all know how that went for me. I need a factory dipstick tube for a 350 in a 71 Blazer 4x4, and whatever it takes to keep it in the block. The engine is going in this week, so I would like the tube fairly quickly. Let me know what you have and how much it is shipped to a business address with the zip code 57006.
I will go to the dealer if that's the best option, obviously it's a Sunday so I can't go to check to see if they can get one.
Thank you!
Shawn

I found a temporary one, so if you have one I would be interested even if it's this weekend. I am looking for the style with the tab that bolts to the block.

How much shipped to Brookings, SD 57006? I doubt it matters on something that small but it is a business address.
