Your thoughts?

Hi everyone, I'm currently getting all of my parts gathered up to start my '72 c10 build and already have my PB Fab front drop member and have their rear and inner frame structure ordered and was wondering everyone thoughts as far as what to run between a 24x15 with Pirelli 's or go with 20x15 with Mickey Thompson 29x18x20's? I'm looking to build a truck that I can cruise around every weekend in. Thanks for any input.

Re: Your thoughts?

Depends on the look of the truck. Both are impressive rollin down the road, what motor and wheels would you use?

Re: Your thoughts?

Well for the motor I'm building a stroked 408 LS with a 4L80E and I've narrowed it down to a couple different wheel options from Intro, Boze, or maybe some Delmo specials. I just don't know anyone who has experience using either set of tires except on show only trucks.

Re: Your thoughts?

If you're buildin a stroker for it, I'd do the M/t's and 20's.

Re: Your thoughts?

If you really are going to drive it and if you have potholes like we do around here, I'd go with the 20's so you won't get any bent wheels.

Re: Your thoughts?

That is actually the reason I was leaning more towards the 20's even tho the 24x15's look badass.
