63 C-10 6-lug disc brake swaps??

What's up guys. I'm new to this section after I acquired this C-10 over the weekend. It's completely solid other than the surface rust. I have a fleetside short bed and a few other parts for it. But no frame. I do however have a couple options. I have a 84 C-10 lwb that I could possibly frame swap or use for parts. Or I found a good 63 donor truck with a good frame. I'm leaning towards keeping the truck 6-lug though. I did a quick search on this on the forum but I was kinda lost.....Moral of the story, what's my best option switching to 6-lug disc brakes?

The FAQ section has a bunch of options. My recommendation is the 73-87 crossmember swap, which will get you to a 5 bolt setup and then you can get replacement 6 bolt discs from places like Summit or LMC.

Here's the FAQ link. It's the best resource on this forum besides the search function.

I did a six lug conversion on my 64 using a kit from Toms Classics (from eBay) it was $499 and came with 2" dropped spindles and drilled and slotted discs. Its a great kit everything bolts right up. I would have rather fitted a 73-87 cross member as you get other benefits like power steering but I live in England and just couldn't find one

Dang, drop spindles and slotted discs for $499 seems like a pretty good deal!
