Brakes are to sensitive

I have a 1972 c10 stock disc brakes in front and drums in the back. So this is the problem, in the morning when i start it cold and i press the brakes its like its trying to throw me out the windshield. The brakes are so sensitive. But when it warms up and i drive it around the block the brakes become perfectly fine. the brakes are not sensitive anymore. What could be the problem? Maybe the brake booster...... i dont know? please help.
