Re: Why are trucks rock!

I read it just fine. No issues..

Good read. To me these are argueably the best styled trucks ever. They look good up, down, long or short. Hence the popularity. My opinion..

Love this statement...

"The 1967-1972 Chevrolet/GMC C/K series of pickups is well on its way to achieving icon status, just as the 1955-1957 Chevy passenger cars have."

YES! In fact, I got a popup and recorded verbal message saying they were locking my browser because of virus threats and gave a number to call. It's a scam! I was not able to close the popup. So I Googled the phone number using another computer, got lots of scam alerts for the number, turned the "infected" computer off with the power button, restarted the "infected" computer, did a full system scan for malware and followed that with a McAfee full system scan. Neither scan found anything and the computer is working fine.

Re: Why are trucks rock!

No virus alert, good article. Cool stuff. I have always felt like these trucks were some of the best looking trucks GM ever made. I have noticed it is getting harder to find these trucks around here. A few years ago it was common to see a longbed that was running sell for as little as $500. The cheapest I have seen here lately is $1500-2000, quite often not running.

Re: Why are trucks rock!

I am all too familiar with that pro-street truck shown and the next owner who claimed to build it after he changed some things

Re: Why are trucks rock!

Something is amiss with that link. My Norton blocked an attack when I clicked it.
