Bad Deal With low&slow

I sent a set of fiberglass roll pans to low&slow in Kuna, ID. He was supposed to send me some parts back to trade for them. Well that has been close to a month ago and still no parts. He always has a different excuse everytime I try to contact him. He said his first excuse was his girlfriend left him, then he said he has had several different surgeries... also he just told me last week he would be shipping my parts this week. Well still no parts or a response with a tracking #. I understand if he had surgery but gee's it has been a month now. Be careful if you ever have any dealings with this guy!

You'll get your parts. If you want proof of the surgeris, I'll send that too and I'll also upload it on here. I'm also going in tomorrow at noon for another one. I'll send you proof of that too. The girl is no reason for not sending the parts, but when I can't physically do anything, it's hard to gather parts, let alone drive anywhere.

I've already told you that I understand if you have surgeries. The problem is when you don't communicate and when you say that the parts were being shipped.

You had sent me a text message saying you had it boxed up already and that you were sending it out. That was on the 7th & 11th of March.

I fully understand the surgery part, however, it is still theft if the parts don't get shipped. Please stay in communication and be honest as much as possible to avoid issues. I wish you the best on your recovery.

You knew nothing of these surgeries when you made the deal? Don't mean to sound unsympathetic, but I'm not seeing details on the nature of these surgeries. A sudden thing? You didn't box the parts up once deal was made? When it's money for payment you wait to get the funds before sending. But with a straight up trade you both send once the deal is made, right? If you got your parts he should have his. Normally surgery is a personal matter and no one's business, but there must be details here since you offered that up as your excuse. Not sure why you ever even mentioned your break-up. You have to admit it paints a picture that doesn't look good. Just do what you agreed to do. If you can't don't you know anyone that would help?

Still no answer from this guy. I hope he can sleep good at night, screwing people over like that! I mean even if he had surgery last friday, and he very well could have, he could have at least contacted me with a response. At first I felt sorry/sympathy for this guy, but not anymore! Karma is a bi.ch!

With all due respect you should never have entered into this deal if you cannot 100% complete the transaction or make arrangements for the transaction to be completed... It truly becomes a honor thing and that is something we are loosing in this country only to quickly... Be a Stand up guy and get this completed even if you need help from friends or family...

How do you get to/from your doctor appointments and or surgeries? Can't whoever is helping you take care of shipping it for you? Or if it is your intent to screw over OL67C10
just say so and move on, don't just keep stringing the dude along. Don't get me wrong, I know there are things that can happen that are out of your control but sounds to me (and others on here) like you have no intentions on sending his parts. I've spent more time in and out of hospitals in the last 3 years dealing with cancer than I care to admit but I have still either been able to take care of business or at the very least, have someone take care of it for me. Do the right thing man!

I don't think he has even signed back on since March 28th, plus he won't respond to text messages, emails or phone calls. I guess I'll just have to chalk is up as a lesson learned. Everybody else I have dealt with on here has been excellent!

I see where he logged on last night. Still no answer from this guy about my parts. I'm going to contact the sherrifs department in his area and see if they will do anything about this. I hate to be like that but it has been over 2 months now since he has had the parts that I shipped him.

Not yet. Was giving the guy the benefit of the doubt... but I'm going to this week if he don't respond back. I really don't like to go that route, but I don't think there is any other way to go about getting either the parts he promised me or to get my parts back. Especially since this has been dragging out since February now.

Need to get an IP ban going, on people like this. If not, he'll just create a new screen name and do it again. He may still be able to, but there is no reason to make it easy on him. And it might just make an example out of him for other people.

Have you heard anything from him yet?You know his acess is limited and if he is banned you lose full contact.
