Re: Parting out 1971 3/4 ton

Will you separate the toolbox door and associated hardware. Is the bed a wood floor style? If so will you sell the panel at the front of the bed that connects the bed sides. Prices shipped to 30068

Thanks,

Re: Parting out 1971 3/4 ton

Interested in the whole truck at $1200. Would you post pics of tool box door area of the bed, primarily the bed areas lower panel rust? Was this a SB or BB truck(bolt in trans cover) ? What was the gear ratio (remove for code on edge of ring gear 41 10) etc? Posi? Pics of bed floor? Do you have 4 wheels/tires for roller? LMK, Thanks, Dan

Re: Parting out 1971 3/4 ton

tdrcreyn4 : no ,tool box stays with the bed. metal floor. no shipping on the bed.

old362: since I have interest in this truck complete, I have another bed except its red in same condition with out toolbox if interested in that, for same price. If not, you were first to say you would take this one so I will accept postal money order and bed can be picked up near downtown Dallas. I have engine hoist to help with loading.

davischevy: haven't checked to see if limited slip differential.

jmader: no, high hump stays with the cab

Randy: If I had a trailer I would have. got rid of my gooseneck trailer so I wouldn't keep buying so many trucks. I've got a few more trucks I may start parting soon. I will let you know. thanks

bean, seat stays with the cab.

w314speed:Since Old362 already said he will take the bed, I will give him option to buy another bed I have, if not I can put that bed on this one if you are interested in that. it was a big block, automatic truck, the toolbox door is rusted pretty bad and the actual toolbox is gone, the floor is super straight and clean, no rust. think it might have one small dent in floor and couple of holes where it had gooseneck plate bolted down. unsure of limited slip or ratio. will get out there tomorrow and take a look. if you bought the whole truck I would just leave the wagon wheels on it. will get more pics posted tomorrow.

I think that was everyone. thanks,Bobby

Being a big block automatic, it probably has the freeway friendly 3.54 axle.

Re: Parting out 1971 3/4 ton

If it doesn't go as a whole truck, I'm interested in the Dana 60 but don't need the rest of the rolling chassis. Let me know what you want for the axle only, local pickup.
