Question Crossmember Pics 1964-1966

So guys do you have any pictures of your crossmember without the upper control arms attached and ones of the underside of the upper control arms for 64-66 Chevy's/GMC's? I really don't like not having any adjustments So I have decided to make brackets to install coil over shocks.

How do I figure out which spring rate I need? I know you can get the shocks in many different lengths. Is the compressed length with the shocks fully compressed or is that sitting at ride height? It shouldn't be too hard to mount them as I have one of three ways in my head for the upper mount, the lower is going to be much easier.
