Yep, I also remember a thread about this truck. A great camping rig for sure and a reasonable price too. Trucking this to the east coast kills this deal for me also.

I'm in Moab now thought about cowboying up and just driving it back. Somebody from Idaho had first dibs and turned it down and a good friend of mine had second and bought it.

Just curious...I had always heard that 4X4's from the factory never had big blocks in them.
Is the NAPCO 4X like a dealer add on or something like that?? Thanks.

Napco was an aftermarket company that from the early 50s all the way to these trucks made 4x4 conversions for most of the trucks of that time period. They could be dealer or customer installed.
