fuel filter tips

I have been soaking the threads of my fuel filter connections for a few weeks hitting them with wd40 and I still cant get them to break loose any other ideas before I have to cut the hard line

Use a better penetrating oil....WD40 is not penetrating oil. PT Blaster or even accetone/trans fluid mix.

Probably have to cut the lines anyway

WD-40 is not agressive in breaking parts loose. The are a number of other products on the market for this purpose. One of the oldest out there is Liquid Wrench, I doubt if it is the same strength as it was 75 years ago. But there are plenty of other products out there, one I have used and plenty swear by is Kroil Oil it,s been on the market for 76 years. As stated above PB is also a good product.

If you had one these products on "for a few weeks" I can't help think your truck would be drinking clean gas by now. Good Luck

I'll see about acquiring something better tomorrow and also try and track down some line wrenches too they will be a big help
