Stamped and cased numbers

On the front right side of the engine block. The number F03I4WY is stamped. The casted engine code number is 3858174. Found what the casted number mean,but not the stamped. Can some help me on what F03I4WY means??

Its the engine suffix.

F = Flint plant
03 = March
14 = 14th day
WY = engine suffix for 1969 350 v8, 255HP, RPO LS-9, would have had a TH400 trans and 4wd.

According to the casted number(3858174) it is a 64 to 67 327 ci engine. Where can i look up the suffix codes?

Note also it is not 14 it is I4???
