Re: Nice pair of 69-72 Truck Buckets
Hello Tom, am interested in the seats but had a couple ?'s. Are the drivers side adj. tracks also original 69-72 pieces, do you know any of the resto details/condition on the foam, is it new or OE 69/70 or 71/72? Lastly are you making it out to the Portland swapmeet this year, could be a simple cash in hand for seats swap? With all the swapmeet stuff going on, I will not be on here much over the next 5 days, will you give me a ring @ (503)866-1967? Thanks, Mel

Re: Nice pair of 69-72 Truck Buckets
Hi Mel, guy I got them from said they had new foam, they have burlap on the bottom, so I cant see the foam, to know if he made it or not, they were done by one of the better upholstery guys in town, but he has since moved on, so no chance of getting in touch with him.
These have the original sliders on the driver side, seat frames are super solid, no crispy rust under the skirts. They seem to be 71/72 style now, not sure if they started life as a 69-70? The carpeted backs are glued or stapled on as far as I can tell. I will be at the portland swap meet, I wouldn't be able to bring the seats as I'm flying in. ho70, I was thinking the same thing!

Re: Nice pair of 69-72 Truck Buckets
Tom, shipping will put this one to bed, there won't be enough meat left on the bone after paying for freight. For this seat deal to work out it would have needed to be a hand off cash for seats type of deal, I knew that you make it out here for the big meet just didn't realize that you fly in. Thanks, Mel.
