1964 Chevy 6 lug wheels
I need a spare tire and wheel. Are all Chevy truck 6 lug wheels the same as far as lug spacing and center hole? Will a modern aluminum wheel from a 1990's or newer truck fit?

Re: 1964 Chevy 6 lug wheels
If you get a wheel from a '69-'86 K10 pickup, Suburban or K5 Blazer or a '87-'91 V1500 Blazer or Suburban it will fit. While the '88 and up trucks and '92 and up Suburbans, Blazers and Tahoe's do have the same 6 x 5.5 wheel stud pattern, the center holes are much smaller than your truck.

Re: 1964 Chevy 6 lug wheels
1980's Toyota 4x4s used the same 6 lug pattern and I think so did Nissan, but you probably should measure the center hole. I know I've taken aftermarket wheels for a 66 and put them on a 'Yota, but I'm not positive it works the other way around. If you're looking at a scrap yard, you're much more likely to find one of these than a 6 hole GM though.
