Owner ID: 64 k20

Does anyone know where this truck ended up? It was on a Bonhams auction in CT a few years back. Anyone recognize it or know what happened to it? It originally had the words "SNOW PLOWING" on the top of the bed sides.

Re: Owner ID: 64 k20

I remember reading something about it in the thread oem4me started called "most original truck in existence" or something along those lines, but don't recall what was said.

Yeah, the photo has popped up here from time to time. I just figured the owner may be lurking here somewhere. If you're here, mystery owner, please PM me.

That's one I remember, too. I wish I had a way to keep track of all these trucks

When feeling depressed, I turn to my favorite thread.http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=439322 I am afraid many of the super original pickups out there never get exposed till an avid purist ( like the few on this site ) purchases it from the original owner or owners family, who were simply not car hobbists and don't spend any time on any car forums. Hopefully the new owners of these vehicles will go the preservation route. It would be nice to hear from the owner of this K 20 Sodly, and also of the owner of that gold '66 Custom Camper ( I am sure you know the one I'm talking about).

Yeah, wonder how that got there. Dealer? Aftermarket?

That's my favorite thread, too, Factorystock!

From the photo files. First auction. This truck sold again at auction a year or two later for LESS than the first. ....Boy, I could really use a time machine.
