Does anyone know where I can get the coupler that goes in the t-case adapter on a Rockwell t221?

I had a few more links bookmarked but I see they are no longer active. Sad, we're loosing out drive train suppliers. Here's a couple anyway. May need to keep an eye out for used as stated. Good luck.

Don't know if you found what you needed or if this will even help. My coupler was warn to the point that the seals would no longer seal and 90w would leak into the adapter. Yes there was slop but it still worked and it could not be replaced. The major issue was 90w on everything. The fix. I made gaskets for each side of the adapter and drilled a taped the weep hole in the bottom. This worked until I found a 205.

I might have one from when I swapped from the 221 to the 205. Let me check tomorrow.

Re: rockwell t221 transfercase coupler needed badly

68 Terry gmc had two very similar posts on 4/19 within a couple of hours. In the other thread we discussed using a NP 205 coupler. It had to be shortened to 3 3/8th inches, the internal teeth had to be machined to match the T221 coupler and a new seal with larger internal diameter had to be used. The National Seal # is 40071s (thank you to Vero 67). I am pretty sure this is the way Terry was going. Jordan I mention this- One,save you digging and two, it may help someone keep their Rockwell rolling without finding the elusive coupler. Bruce
