Brake line adapters

I am do a front disc brake conversion on my 70 c10 and have hit a snag. I had to change to a proportion valve and my brake lines don't fit. I don't want to change my lines right now, so I was looking for some adapters. From what I can tell, my proportion valve has a 3/8-16 port for the front brakes and a 9/16-18 port for the rear. My brake lines are 7/16 for the front and 9/16 for the rear. What would be the best way to go about making this work? Thanks.

Re: Brake line adapters

I took my MC, lines and proportional valve to Napa and they gave me the right adapter.

Talking Re: Brake line adapters

Any parts store should have adapters for you.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Brake line adapters

You need "inverted flare" adapters from your parts store.
Speedway Motors also sells them.

Re: Brake line adapters

Possibly you could cut off the flare on the front line, slip a new 3/8 fitting on and re-flare?

Re: Brake line adapters

Thanks guys. My new master cylinder should be here by the end of the week, and I will just take everything to the parts store and hopefully get everything to fit together.
