67 suspension drop

I have a factory truck. 6 lug , drum all the way. Wanting to do a 5/7 or 4/6 drop and disc conversion all the way. Any suggestions ??

I got mine from CPP www.classicperform.com got 4wheel dick brake, 4 inch lower springs, new trailing arm support, (corrects the pinion aliment) 2 inch dropped spindles and 2 inch lowering springs, sway bars front and rear, and now adding tubular A arms. maybe 3 grand for all

There is a less expensive way to go for the front brakes.
I recommend that you use the stock disk set up off of a 71-72 1/2 ton, (If you get the 72 make sure you get the front suspension crossmember) and grab the power master cylinder/booster brackets, and pedal push rod.
Grab a 71-72 rear axle.
For the rest of it go CPP all the way.
Get their 2"/4" drop springs, 2" modular drop spindles and disk brake bracket, 2" lowering blocks for the rear axle, Rear shock relocation kit, 4"/6" Drop shocks, Front shock reinforcement kit, Rear Disk w/e-brake kit and Rear sway bar.
It will handle and stop like a Camaro instead of a pickup.

I went pretty conservative with the suspension on mine and only did a 1/3 drop. I really regret it. I like the way the 4/6 drop looks. If I had to redo it (and I may one day), I would go the route that Xeen describes. Good luck with your build!
