Power Steering problem

I have a 1965 C10 with Power Steering. It looks exactly like the one in the picture. The problem is that when I turn the steering wheel to the right the pitman arm hits the cylinder ram support bracket way short of a full right turn. I have the exact same pitman arm with a curve and there is no reason to assume that it is not all stock. I checked and the pitman arm is centered on the pitman shaft when steering wheel is turned left and right.
Is it possible that the front end shop alligned the car that far off?
Any suggestions?
Paul
