71-72 Chevys: Did stock blue come with stock black interior?

Maybe interior was optional, I really don't know.

I thought it was optional, I have seen a few blue ones with the Parchment interior, also have seen a few in black, and bkue for that matter.

it could have been optioned a million different ways, black interior being one of them, now having no interior, thats anothe problem lol

Yeah, seems it could have been what's available. I sure like that blue with blue interior, though it's borderline too much. Take a look $55K. Feel free to show your blue exterior truck interior if you like.

I forget the year but I'm pretty sure I've even seen blue with red interior. Back then you could actually order whatever you wanted. So if it was available in black you could get it

I've got yellow with green interior... They literally let you have whatever you wanted back then. I've seen several blue with black interior trucks, definitely available.

That blue on blue is striking. I also like the green on green, as well though. As stated these trucks could have been optioned a lot of different ways, and there's always the uniquely optioned trucks that show up on occasion. For some reason these trucks don't feel over-done in matching colors, as many other vehicles do.

71 Custom Deluxe trim was offered in Black, Blue, Olive or Parchment(white). While there were recommended combinations, color overides were easiy done.

Here is a 72 interior which save for the door panels is the same as a 71 and gives a good indication of the color keyed Custom Deluxe interior parts 71-72.
