That would be an incredible deal, and the next thing on my list, but it may well be a typo. The SBC's are more expensive than the price they have listed on that BB.

yeah thats the price, i will get a better price than that since im buddies with the parts man, im going with the full roller cam, and am going to buy the afr heads...those r 2300 though, quite pricey

The guys at the shop there are great, i got excellent prices when i built my samll block.....by the way which is for sale, it has never been driven, it is sitting on a stand waiting to be sold. but i got my edelbrock heads for way cheaper than anyone else hear sells them

Well the idea behind a hydraulic rooler is that there is less friction, so that means faster valvetrain responses and more power. I want to go with the afr heads because they flow an insane amount. my guy at extreme said the edelbrocks are good, but the afr's flow way better. The afr heads have bigger intake runners and outperform most other heads.


I believe the guy he is a true gear head. Thes have built a 469 in a 70 malibu that runs 11.40"s and is on 8.5 to 1 compression.
