wheels?

Thinking of changing wheel on the ole 71 but I dont know what would look good . I want a aluminum wheel but I would have to get sell the rally's or trade . what do you guys think ? I thought about the old slots and give it the oldschool look or a set of drag stars , or a set of center line but I dont know how it would look.

Nice truck, if I was closer I would buy the rims. Only problem is mine has six lugs. One of these days I am going to swap over to the 5 lug. The Torque Thrust's would look really good. Centerline too.

I would suggest putting the upper or lower factory trim on your truck, or both. I will be putting on the factory trim on mine this winter. I think mine is too plain as well.

Dusti,

I'm trying to find a set of those slotted mags, is there a company currently making them?

I found these on eBay. If I had money and was ready for them I think I would buy them. Not sure if you want to go to this size but they look like torque thrusts / craiger SS but newer design ..

eBay Rims $600 free ship

Here are a set that are going to be for sale. They are 17" Billet Specialties "Talladega" with Nitto tires. They are in perfect condition, and the tires are like new. Let me know if you are interested. They belong to a buddy of mine, so I'll put y'all together....

let me know when they are "For Sale" ... not for me, but for a friend who is looking for Talladega's ... he prefers 18", but if they are cheap enough, who knows, maybe he will be a candidate.
