350 motor price/header fitment

Fairly new to the site... I have a 72 c10 cab on a 72 blazer frame... looking at buying a 350 that the guy said came from a 76 k10... it is supposed to be a 010 high nickel block with 4 bolt mains.. what is a good ball park price for it.. and will the headers he has on it fit my truck? Thanks

010 blocks are great engines , not all are high nickle , and they are not "scarce" , lots of them out there , if the engine is running , and not leaking [unlikely] , , between $5oo and $1500 would be a good price depending on its dress , or accessories that it comes with

If it runs good , you got a good deal ,, while its out put a gasket set on it and change the rear main seal , they notoriously leak

Re: 350 motor price/header fitment

i'd look at a 40year old motor with unknowm milage at less than $300 as a rebuilable core only if you get lucky not a set of gaskets and oil pump and goin down the road
