Sweetpea
This is our 1971 C10 burb. Pretty plain, We've done most of the interior, FatMatt, Carpet, Stereo, reupholstered the seats, Getting ready to start on the outside, I guess we will go with the original Chevy green, Fun vehicle to back road in..We also have a 1951 Chevy Panel Bus that we drive a lot as well..

Re: Sweetpea
Welcome to the site!! Wow the current paint has the patina every one loves now. I would cruise it as is.

Re: Sweetpea
Hey Thanks, We thought it was the original patina, But looking closer someone had painted it to make it look weathered. We are still debating on leaving it like it is. It's got some places that need blended in thought. We've lowered it also. Kinda cool. I will post some pictures of the inside in a couple of days. Have a good one... Oh here is our 51 Panel Bus... How many of these have you seen, It's longer than the suburbans... Interesting Huh????

Re: Sweetpea
The 71 looks really solid...very nice looking burb. Love the big panel too. Is it all stock?

Re: Sweetpea
Yes their both stock, The 51 panel bus was used to haul prisoners out on the road to do clean up in ditches out in Nebraska. It had a board bench down each side and wire panels over the windows, Of course that's no longer their, We now have seats down each side to haul our friends , we use it when their is a big group of us, we've had 10 in their, so that makes for a lot of fun, Here are some pic of the interior of the 71, Not the best but we've done it ourselves, I've attached some of those as well..

I like both of them. Good job on them. There is a Bright Red long Chevy panel here in town but it doesn't have the windows. I will have to see if I can get a picture of it. Oh, and to the board.... LockDoc
