Nice pair, left and right, of original GM '67 only bullseye lenses. Marked GUIDE SAE R 67, no cracks or chips anywhere. Very nice face and ribs. $25 shipped for the pair, money order only, do not have Paypal.

I like to learn all I can on these trucks. what is it that makes these '67-only?

My understanding is the round "bullseye" in the lens design was changed and done away with for the '68 thru '72 years. Same lens dimension and contour but straight ridges on the face and no circular "bullseye" design. Maybe someone else has more info than I on that. Always trying to learn myself.

Guide puts the first year on their lenses. If no change, the date stays the same till a change. The waffle pattern lenses have '71 on them. So they were 2 year-only AND not reproduced, and that is wht makes them so desirable. Just like the good old days, only good used or N.O.S. available.

Thanks to all for the postings and the added information. I always like learning more about the 67-72 trucks in particular and Chevrolet trucks in general. Learned information is knowledge and knowledge is good.

Hence forth will refer to these lenses as the known wording of "bullseye" and leave it at that.

BLT gmc, I was in error as posting these lenses as '67 only. If you would like to change your mind on purchasing them after receiving this added information I totally understand. My bad for miss-leading you in the title, it was not my intention.
