2 Original 69-72 front fenders with dark gold patina

I have a right and a left front fender for C10 with quite good dark gold paint (would say original but have no way to verify).

Have taken photos of all the usual areas of rust out - even inside is mostly good. Only one spot suspect and I tried to get a good photo showing the extent of repair. Lower cup on passenger side has a coffee cup size area with holes and bondo squeezed through otherwise in good shape!

Would like to see these go to one person that is doing a patina truck build, but if not such is life. Asking $185 for the pair or $100 each and really don't want to ship if at all possible.

(I live in Columbia, MO)

Thanks! Jay

Also in last post are photos of side trim I have for sale - check them out too !!

I could but no idea what cost might be - glad to find out though if that will help. Can you send me your zip code so that I can make a rough estimate of cost and what way to ship them? Thanks, Jay

JJ - looks like Greyhound to Raliegh is the best bet for price. Google maps shows willow spring is about 15 miles away. $99.00 quote

If you decide to do this I will need your mailing address and a phone number where Greyhound can reach you to let you know they are there.

I can do PayPal at 1windyridgeboy@gmail.com (please add 3%)
or USPS money order to:

Jay Self
3121 W. KMJ Rd.
Columbia, MO 65202

Total with shipping is $284.00. Thanks for your interest, Jay

JJ - Last contact from you was 5/26 I believe and it is now 6/17 and I haven't heard anything back from you regarding these fenders and no money has shown up in my mail. So, unless I hear back yet today or tomorrow I am going to a swap meet to set up and I'm taking these fenders with me to sell.
Have no problem holding longer for you but need at least half down by PayPal to do that. Thanks, hope you understand. Jay

Jay I'm really sorry about not getting back to you sooner. I'll tell what if you don't sell them at the swap meet let me know and I'll buy them from you. I only really need the passenger but I'll take both of them. How's that sound? JJ

JJ - You don't have to feel obligated to take them - we all flub sometimes.

I have two other sets of front fenders and one of them has a good solid passenger fender. If it doesn't sell at the swap meet I would sell you just the one you need rather than a pair. I was hoping to get the gold colored pair to someone that was building a 'patina' truck because they were such good original condition - paint and all. I'm sure it will all work out in the end. Jay

JJ the swap I'm going to is one that I have been attending for the last few years and it is about 70 miles from my house. It is a general automotive swap with a little bit of everything.
I am pretty sure that there is a web site that is devoted to shows and swaps and is subdivided by state. If you do a web search it should come up and then you could look for ones that are close or look for ones that are very large or just ones that cater to specific car manufacturers. I know that there is a truck only show in Kansas City each year - I attended it last year and really had a good time.
Here is a photo of the fender I am talking about:

These are just a couple I happened to have already on my computer - if it lasts through the swap I will get some more close up shots for you. Jay

Those parts I have are the ones I will probably end up using myself on my current build - 1967-8 swb step-side. Jay

Gold pair sold at the swap meet, but the white pair I had I still have. Lots of folks looked at them, but never pulled the trigger on buying. I can send you some more photos of the passenger side if you would like me to. Jay
