62 Cab Mounts

Finding a lot of posts but not sure I have it straight. Based on what I've found -

You can use the 63-66 mounts but you need longer bolts in the front. Can someone confirm?

I'd rather buy mounts for 62 but can't seem to find anywhere to buy them.

Thanks!

Re: 62 Cab Mounts

You can use 63-66 mounts but will need to use the original bolts for the front or get some that are a 1/2" longer than what the kit comes with.

The original front bolts are 9/16"x6"long, good luck finding those 1/2" longer

Not sure I understand. A grade 8 bolt 9/16 x 6" costs about $1.96 from my local hardware place. I remember buying them when I built my rotisserie for my 65 burb.

I can't seem to find the singles online but here is a box of 25 at lowes... am I missing something?

So, not a problem getting a 6 1/2" long bolt ? The longest I ever see is 6" in any diameter...

You're right, I went back and checked my notes and I had to buy them online. Found them here
