Re: Sandlewood

Unfortunately, no - it is not a reproduced color that I am aware of! See steering column and rubber floor mat in my 71' Chevy. GMC might be a different shade? I wouldn't know without seeing. Arrow below pointing to original factor vinyl paint on floor mat.

Re: Sandlewood

Brother's Trucks used to sell a sandalwood dash pad repop. I didn't buy one, so I can't attest to color correctness or quality. I just looked and they don't show the sandalwood as an option on their website right now, but if you select the "color samples" it still shows there. Might be worth a call to ask.

Re: Sandlewood

If you are trying to restore a 625 gold trim interior you are probably going to have to dye any reproduction parts you find.
Hopefully you have some good samples to match to.

Floor mat is the hardest thing to find in anything but black but I have seen some aftermarket replacements in tan and grey.

So is that a painted steering wheel?

Re: Sandlewood

That's a factory sandalwood steering wheel (which nobody sells). You can (if you have original sample) get a local store to mix up some vinyl paint.

Re: Sandlewood

Sounds like a nice truck and color combo. One of the only other people who I know of with a dark bronze truck (I don't believe there are many of them) . I don't know if you want to go this route ,but SMS upholstery has the correct original color. I looked into it a while back and ended up doing something different.
