Problems with vintage air

Just finished installing my vintage air on my 66. Fan speeds and blend controls work great. Heat blend works good, but I can not get the compressor to come on with the controls. The compressor will start if I connect it to the battery. That is how I got the charge filled. Any ideas.

Re: Problems with vintage air

Either to high/low of pressure or bad binary switch. see if your getting power to the binary switch.

Did you program the controls after installation? If you use the factory type controls you need to. If you use the V-A universal controls you are not supposed to have to, but I did on mine. If you call V-A they will help you with it. They are very nolageable & helpful.

X2
The only call should be to Vintage AC, they ARE the ones to help you before any suggestions can damage the unit.
