New Member/ New Truck Intro

Hey Guys!

Ive been lurking around this board long before I ever picked my C10 up.
I just wanted to introduce myself and my truck and hope I can someday be of as much help as most of you are to me.

Ill get better pics as soon as the weather cooperates.

1967 swb
drum/drum
6 lug
factory air
power ram assist steering
350/350 swap

Immediate plans are to lower it quite a bit, power disk brake swap, 5x4.75 lug swap, and a slicks and skinnies drag pack. Thanks for all your help so far!

We surely needed it. Our lake levels were less than 18% and went to 100% within 2 weeks! At one point within the last year we only had 45 days of drinking water supply! We will take all we can get at this point.
I sure will. Im super excited about this truck. Its the truck Ive hunted for nearly 5 years! (minus the ugly green!)

Welcome from Oregon. Congrats on the truck! Looks pretty straight from this angle. Stay safe in that weather.

It will be decent once I break out the Porter Cable... its just not my ideal choice. It was an amateur paintjob at best but it is all one color. All the paint and body mods will be the absolute last thing I do. I'm building it as I drive it and it will only be tore down completely one time. I just found a few more pictures, but naturally the weather is affecting my internet connection and its not cooperating.

Im planning on running in the front:

-2" mod drop spindles & 2" drop springs & shocks
-13" power disk brakes w/ 5x4.75 lug swap
-17x6 wheels (?bs) wheels

Rear:
-11" disk brakes
-4" drop spring & shocks
-2" blocks
-flipping the trailing arm mounting bracket on xmember to help pinion angle
-new axles for lug swap
-c clip elim
-pan bar
-widening tubs to framerail
-15x10-12 (?bs) or 18x10-12 (?bs) wheels

Welcome from Arizona.

Nice truck. I actually love the green but would have to paint the roof white. break it up a little.

Anyhow, glad to have you here. Keep us posted.
