Re: Installed ne fiberglass bed cover

Looks nice. I just ordered one from Gaylords lids today. Should have it in about 3-4 weeks.
BTW they do still make bed rugs for our trucks too. Both short bed & long bed.

About $400.00 for the long bed.

I just saw a white C10 with a cover like this on it. The truck was for sale too. It looks nice.

No they don't. They discontinued them a few years back. I called Bedrugs directly, and they said they disposed of the tooling when they discontinued them for our trucks. So they can't even make them again.

I spoke with Charlie at Gaylord's lids when I ordered my tonnaeu cover, he assured me that they do indeed have the bed rugs available for 73-91 fleetside both short and long bed.

Well that's great to hear, but I can't even get on their website. It doesn't seem to be working. Did he happen to say how much and if they even have them in stock. Every place I have contacted, say they can get them, until they go to order from BedRugs and then it's "oh I'm sorry I guess we can't get this any longer".

Re: Installed ne fiberglass bed cover

There have been a few on our local Craigslist. They were cheap, $100-300 each I think. I actually think they were made around here, no sure. I like the look of them alot, I need a SWB truck first , then I will get one of these also.
