Inline electric fan?

Anybody running a electric fan on an inline? I have a 64 with a V8 radiator with plans for a 292. Looking at ideas!

Re: Inline electric fan?

I have an electric fan in conjunction with the mechanical fan on my 65 the I use it in heavy stop and go traffic when it's really hot out. I have it running through a relay to a toggle switch but rarely use it.

Re: Inline electric fan?

I believe I am going to run dual fans and no mechanical.

I ran an electric only on my old 51 with a 235. No issues at all.

Re: Inline electric fan?

A single 16 inch fan will work fine. These 292's run pretty mild.

Re: Inline electric fan?

I'm running dual Spal fans behind a V8 sized radiator. It's actually a custom built aluminum radiator made to fit exactly in place of the factory V8 copper/brass one.
