Took 7 hours but it was worth it!!

7 hours of washing, buffing, waxing, and polishing, but it was all worth it!!! Now all it needs is a trophy from the car show tomorrow, and the NOS GM rear slider installed!!!

The rear window was covered in stickers from when I thought that was cool 6 years ago. I finally got a scraper and said screw it and it now looks much better!! Lol

The truck looks great.
You must actually get work done in that shop. I haven't seen that much open concrete in a long time. My shop is a disaster. My guys have lost a lot of stuff this year, and I suspect it's all in the shop...somewhere.

Ya we have been really pumping out some steel lately. LOL it is actually so clean and open since we just painted this 53' long behemoth (see pic below) and shipped it out and installed last Tuesday. Your actually only seeing half the shop in these pictures.

Re: Took 7 hours but it was worth it!!

Thanks to all for the kind words on the truck!!! No trophy at this show though, but it was a great time none the less!! For the truck class, First went to a real nice 54 Ford pickup, Second to a real nice Dodge little red express truck, and third went to a sweet old Diamond-T truck. Next big show is on fathers day.

There was an awesome low mileage, original paint 1968 C40 chevy there that was right next to me, unfortunately I didn't get any pictures.

The judges were blind man! That truck looks good....wish I could make myself put that kind of time into cleaning up my truck.
