Oil Filter Serious Challenge - 98 C1500 Suburban 5.7L Vortec

First time for everything. Oil filter stuck and I dismantled it (see pics). I can't get it off. I tried everything in the toolbox. Is this reverse thread? Very little info online about this. Someone suggested this could be an aftermarket. Feel stupid cause I've been changing my own oil for years….on this suburban. I haven't paid attention to which way it goes on and off, I just do it…second nature. But this one SEIZED!!! HELP

Bought a 3 legged wrench. Didn't work. I drilled a hole through it. Did the screw driver trick…nope. Just shredded the filter. All that's left is the top screw on part. Will the center threaded piece come down if I can get the correct headed screw somewhere?
