LS1 dropout parts list

I'm buying an LS1 & 4L60e out of an 02 Camaro. I need to know what parts to ask for, does anyone have a good list ?
I just want to make sure I get everything needed since the package will be shipped to me

Any help would be great

Re: LS1 dropout parts list

Obviously the engine and trans, torque converter, flywheel,, motor mounts depending on what style you use,, i didnt use the ls mounts i went with sbc clam shells,,,but also the ecm and maf sensor, and any accessories that you want,, power steering pump, alt, starter, ac comp,, wiring harness only if you are going to try to build your own,, I bought the harness with mine but the dipsticks sawed it half in to with a sawzall when removing it so it was useless,, $150 wasted,,.manifolds unless your going with headers,,,most everything else you will need to go aftermarket for parts.

Re: LS1 dropout parts list

Thanks that pretty much what I was thinking but this is my first LS swap and I'm nowhere near the car. I didn't ask for the motor mounts since I plan on using the Dirty Dingo mounts. I did ask for everything else on your list plus the gas pedal and TAC module since it's DBW.

Re: LS1 dropout parts list

An '02 V8 Camaro is DBC, Has no TAC module. If this Camaro is DBW....Its a 3.8L V6.

My 2002 6.0 lq9 was dbw..the dbc throttle I used came from a 2001 camaro...at least that's what the tag said...

Nk yards put whatever part you want on the tags to sell parts. 98-02 V8 camaros were all cablt throttle bodies.

It should be here Friday or Monday. I will put up some pictures as soon as it gets here. Then as soon as I sell my current engine I will start a Ls swap thread.
