Complete kit. Larger block plates were mounted for test fit only. I ended up going with a the smaller/less adjustable version of these mounts from CPP.

"Classic Performance Products, Inc. has brand new LS Engine Adaptor Bracket Kits to help with your project. Our adaptor kits allow the engine to move from 1/2" rearward (great for oil pan to crossmember clearance) up to 2-1/2" forward allowing for a completely custom range of positions. CPP’s exclusive design no-weld brackets are CNC laser cut steel and features a durable black powder coat finish."

Retail is $99 + CPPs super high shipping costs. $75 local P/U $90 shipped.
