Help - Stock Oil Pressure Gauge Fitting
I finally am getting my truck back on the road. When I removed the gauge cluster I disconnected the oil pressure line at the engine block and put a plug in the hole, so I could run the engine and be able to move the truck. Now I want to hook it back up and don't remember removing a fitting from the line to the block. Is there one that I lost? all I have at the engine side is a nut on the metal line. anyone have a picture?
Thanks

You have misplaced the block adapter fitting as pictured in this thread. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=613238 The male end is 1/8" pipe thread and the line fitting (compression sleeve nut) screws into the other end. LockDoc

Re: Help - Stock Oil Pressure Gauge Fitting
Thanks Lockdoc!!
That is exactly the answer I was looking for. Don't know how I misplaced the block adapter, but will try to find one. Maybe at ACE Hardware. I won't waste my time at AutoZone.
