Finally got a Chrome grille

Been looking for a while.

Now I need a gmc blazer tailgate trim panel.

And my 73 GMC will be a gmc again.

It was listed at $80 and I missed the end of the auction, got relisted for 60 buy it now!
Only seen a few chrome gmc, have 2 in argent.

No... and that would require a 73/4 blazer filler panel too.

if you remove the paint the whole thing is chrome underneath if you didnt know.

I think that only applies to the ones that have the chrome edge. If its painted all over I dont believe they chromed it at all then.

^^^^ exactly I have 2 non chrome and they're just painted.

I'm assuming the chrome was the High Sierra trim.. ?

I'm not sure, I lucked up on both of mine and scored them from a you pull it yard for like $25/each. I dont remember what trim level the trucks were but I think one of them was pretty much a base model. They way you could pick and choose options back then you could probably get it on any trim level you wanted.

My 78 parts truck was a loaded High Sierra with factory buckets, full trim and two tone but no A/C...
