Picked up a new project yesterday

Had my eye on this for 5 years or so and finally made a deal with the owner. 1980 2wd Jimmy, 2 owner, low miles. Typical rust spots but not terrible. Time to get this sucker in the weeds. I have to do a round eye conversion too. I just can't do that single square headlight.

Nice score, looks like very good original condition. There was one like that in my neighborhood growing up. Except it still had rallies and whitewalls. It was the first 2wd K5 I'd ever seen and I had to ask someone what was wrong with it. LOL.
