big block lift kits?

I have searched all over this forum as well as calling multiple vendors. I can not seem to find what i need. Looking for a 4" all spring lift kit for a big block pickup. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Re: big block lift kits?

Suspension lift kits are not specified by motor, only 1/2t, 3/4t, and 1ton. There is only 150-200b difference between a SBC and a BBC. Thats an extra passenger. It won't effect the suspension.

Re: big block lift kits?

4x4's didn't come from the factory with big blocks, so you won't find and springs advertised that way. But you can find springs with a heaver ratings than others, and there are companies that you can custom order. !

Re: big block lift kits?

Thank you for the reply. I looked at the tuff country lifts and they are telling me that the spring rate is too soft for big block applications. I wanted to be sure so the truck will sit level. I will save on weight with the aluminum heads anyway. Thanks again

Talk to http://offroaddesign.com/index.htm they don't have your tuck listed but can get you a lift for it no problem.

Re: big block lift kits?

I was wrong they do have your truck listed http://offroaddesign.com/catalog/TuffCountry.htm Or you could do a shackle flip and switch in the rear that will give you 4 to 4 and a half inch lift in the rear with your stock springs http://diy4x.com/product.php?product...cat=250&page=3
