Does Anyone Know this Truck? Big Ralley Wheels?

Does anyone know this truck? I am looking for the specifications on ralley wheels on the truck pictured below. Would like to find out the diameter, width and tires size(s).

Can anyone help?

-----------
The truck belongs to billneumiller

If you search his post history he says:

Wheels are custom billet made by Circle Racing. (www.circleracing.com) Backspace is 4.5" front and 5.5" rear.

Rims are 9.5" wide in front and 11" in back with 275 & 315/17's.

Re: Does Anyone Know this Truck? Big Ralley Wheels?

The wheels in the top pic have oe steel centers with what looks like outrageously deep trim rings. No clue where you find those.
His white wheels may be billet. Sure look like steel to me though.
Maybe bill will pipe in before long.
