1972 GMC engine compartment decal locations
I have looked at several good posts with survivor engines but couldn't find/see what went where. I have a 1972 GMC 2500, 350, 2wd automatic. I want to do her right and get the correct decals and put in the factory locations. Any good pics or diagrams out there?

Re: 1972 GMC engine compartment decal locations
I've got a 1/2t 72 GMC, a 72 K5, and a 72 3/4t Chevy. The 3/4t differs from the 1/2t's with regard to the emissions decal but the others (coolant decal on rad support and air cleaner decal) are the same. Here's a pic (second of the series) of the rad support as found in my K20 that shows location of the coolant decal on the RH and the emissions decal on the LH: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...52&postcount=2 On half ton 72 trucks the emissions decal is placed on the LH inner fender.
