Re: Gas tank the same
It looks pretty close but not the same. Here are a couple of pictures of a new blazer tank that I just got. I need to figure out why my photos load upside down, sorry.

Re: Gas tank the same
You need to change out the filler neck with the old one

Re: Gas tank the same
Here is a picture of filler neck. Tank is 26 1/2" wide, 16" long(front to back), and 13" deep. All measurements not including seam/mount flange that sticks out about 2 1/2" all around.
I figured out my photo problem, I guess if you hold an Iphone upside down when taking photos they will load here upside down no matter what. |

This is my tank with old neck installed, you can see how it is formed to fit around the body mount

Re: Gas tank the same
I don't want to hijack the thread, but was wondering if the rubber 1 3/8 hose that connects the tank to the filler neck is available? Mine is rock hard and I don't want to reuse it.I need it to be a bit longer than original, because I'm using a custom tank with the neck a bit further forward. Someone mentioned using rad hose because the fuel doesn't actually sit in it, but I'm concerned the ethanol will breakdown the rubber.
