Bumper guards for my truck.

I talked to someone on craigslist selling a bumper with bumper guards. he wants $100 for all of it. That seems like a good price, but how do i know that itll all fit. do all bumpers though 73-87 fit each other and do all the guards fit each bumper though those years

Re: Bumper guards for my truck.

I have a 83 k10 by the way. Id assume it would fit. It looks identical to my current bumper, but with the bumper guards

Re: Bumper guards for my truck.

No, '73-'80 had a 2 hump front bumper and the '81-'87 had a one hump sloped front bumper that's pictured above. The bumper gaurds are made to fit one of those 2 bumpers so you have to know which style bumper you have to know which exact guards to buy. Last 2 bumper guards I bought from a wrecking yard I gave $25 for both. If the bumper you pictured is the one for $100 and as good as it looks, no scrapes, gouges or surface cracks buy it.

i know its not too bad. Ive already sandblasted the inside of bumpers before, but not sure if its worth 100 dollars
