New track times

Had a real good night last night. Got 6 passes in with the best being a 14.825 @89.99 MPH with .347 RT. I did go 14.848 @ 91.82 against a early 90's model GT, he beat me at the light my ET was better than his, he just cut a .123 light to my .511. Totally surprised me. I was hoping for a 15.5 and my first run was a 15.091 @ 89.3, so it was on then. Next pass I was in the 14's WOO HOO!!!!! So next is heads and ignition.

I did go up against another 86 SWB with a 383 and 4.10's. He went 13.90's. Was matched up against him a couple of times. An early 90's model single cab that went 14.97. A 67 or 68 camaro that went 12.43 An Fbody that went 13.52 The only race I "won" was the 1st when the other guy red-lighted.

I was holding it at about 1500RPM and when the light dropped I just let off the brake and mashed the gas. CAme out the hole like a mofo, no wheel spin. It really surprised me the way it took off on radials. Yeah I do plan on getting some ET Street or some Nitto Drag radials.

Not bad..Not bad at all. I am going to run my truck really soon. I am shooting for at least 14.80's...traction is a real problem for me.
