PSA, fresh out of the 3D printer

I accidentally broke my vent retainers messing with my rear A/C unit.

A quick drawing in Sketchup exported to STL code and voila

Make both sizes (2 different rear vent sizes) and this would be a great item to sell. No one makes these that I am aware of. God job!!

Nice work. So for those of us who aren't familiar with the output from a 3D printer, is this piece usable as is?

Yes, it's plastic. The printer was loaded with black filament. They're different colors and different types of plastic filament available. The printer is a Makerbot residing in a workmate's office. The texture is a little rougher than the smooth OE (probably injection molded) piece.
