Pretty sure I have all in the parts shed stash. Won't be show but good useable driver condition. Black knob or clear on the window crank? Wiper knob, standard black or deluxe stainless center? Will look tomorrow and get back to you.

Found the three parts, as I figured all are driver quality. The washer knob is the deluxe with stainless center, has the set screw intact. Door handle shows some pitting but not severe, same for the window crank. Window crank knob was clear but has yellowed with age and is tight to the handle. Mount clips are present. $12 shipped, money order or $$ only as do not have Paypal.
