Spent the first 36 years in Big Pine, California. I have all the original paper work for this truck. The paint has faded over time (42 year old paint) but the truck is in superb condition and the crimson red still shines. You can even see the factory chalk marks in the engine bay. Once in a life time find with 78,900 original miles. Let me know if you'd like to see more pictures and I'd love to see some similar survivors as well!

I have the California exhaust emission, build sheet, vehicle registration when it was first bought, obituary of the original owner, 4-5 manuals and a couple brochures. Yes, this is the original crimson red...Inside the red looks a lot better than the outside because it's not as weathered. I will post the SPID when I get home.

That would be fantastic. As I said I am redoing mine to original. it was a cheyenne model and I WAS goign to add the white bars/ two tone sides but seeing this I am quite tempted to go to solid crimson red.

My blazer came with other gifts as well.... Couldn't be happier with a Blazer.

My last Blazer was a two tone like what you wanted. Crimson Red is way better in my opinion.

I have a beautiful 72 K5 but am looking for a 1973-75 prefer a 75 to build up.
Just want one rust free without engine and tranny would be my first choice.
Not many out there I would love to own that. Very cool I still have no idea why the Gen 2s dont get more respect. PG

You're in a good spot to find a 76-80 w/less rust than most are used to, but it seems like the really clean full-vert years turn up in CA more.
