I've been enjoying the new David Ducovney show Aquarius. He plays a cop in late '60's LA and ends up having run-ins with Charles Manson before he does what he did. Thing is, every time there is a murder (cop show, after all) and the meat wagon shows up, it's a '71/'72 truck. Someone should clue them in.

Where do you find that show? One thing I love about these trucks is they were built in the greatest era. Nothing like runnin' down the road blasting that great music from 67-72. Very nostalgic for me.

I like the show also, NBC moved to Saturday night. I saw the truck. Great show hope it don't get canceled.

Yeah, Saturday night on NBC. 8P here in Mountain Time. I hope it sticks around. Our local NBC station is wholly owned by the LDS Church, and they have a quick hook if something is deemed unacceptable. We missed 20 years of SNL

Aquarius is a 13 episode mini-series and its ending August 22nd. There are only 2 episodes left. It's showing a 2016 season on the IMDB but I'm sure that will be contingent on the ratings for this season.

Not seen that show, but out Here in San Diego, we have a station called METV. They regularly play Emergency and CHiPs reruns. Very fun to see our trucks in those shows in unaltered "original" form. Many '60's trucks and vans are also there for viewing enjoyment.

I also like watching the show Emergency, it uses a 69-70 Suburban as a Ambulance!!

Speaking of the old Ambulances when I had been in the car biz only a couple of years, the guy from the county called me up and asked if I wanted to buy the counties old rig for 300 bucks.It was a half ton suburban 402 T400 with tilt and tac front buckets. I told him what would I want with an old truck like that? I had bought and sold a couple of that type truck years before when i was a kid but never really got caught up in that style. It wasn't until I lost my second brother who loved this body style that I bought one in his memory. Now I have 5 of them to build. I also would love another shot at a 72 anything with the 402t400 and tilt tac and buckets. a 300 dollar shot would be better.
